We currently ship to

Up to 12 bottles per order. For Madeira, the Azores or other destinations, please contact us before ordering.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are prepared within 2–4 working days of payment confirmation. Each bottle is individually packed in purpose-made wine packaging and shipped insured with a tracked courier. We email you the tracking code.

By law, alcoholic beverages may only be delivered to people aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for ID on delivery.

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, photograph the parcel and the bottle and contact us within 48 hours — this helps us settle it quickly with the courier and does not affect your legal rights.

Returns — right of withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, by telling us by email. Bottles must be returned unopened, with capsule and cork intact, in the condition you received them. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the amount paid, including the original (standard) shipping, within 14 days of receiving the bottle back. See the terms of sale for details.
